Lucknow/Gautam Buddha Nagar, October 30: The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UPRERA) has directed all concerned promoters to ensure that their Quarterly Progress Reports (QPRs) for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, are submitted by October 31, 2026, according to a press release.

The regulatory body warned that promoters failing to submit their reports within the stipulated timeframe may face action under the applicable provisions of RERA. Promoters must complete the entire process using UPRERA’s new digital signature-based system.

Under the revised procedure, QPR submissions require three specific professional certificates: REG-1 issued by the architect, REG-2 issued by the engineer, and REG-3 issued by the chartered accountant. Promoters must ensure that all three certificates are prepared in the prescribed format and digitally signed using a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) by the respective professionals before being uploaded to the UP-RERA portal.

The authority advised promoters not to wait until the final day to complete the filing process. It urged developers to coordinate with their technical and financial consultants in advance to prevent last-minute delays caused by missing documentation or technical issues related to digital signatures. Detailed guidelines regarding the DSC-based filing system remain available on the official UP-RERA portal.
