Signature Global Awards Rs 496 Crore Construction Contract for Tonino Lamborghini Residences
New Delhi, October 30, 2026: Signature Global, one of India’s leading real estate developers, has awarded a construction contract worth approximately Rs 496 crore to B.L. Kashyap & Sons Limited for its premium branded residential project, ‘Tonino Lamborghini Residences’, in Sector 71 on Southern Peripheral Road, Gurugram, according to a press release issued by the company.
Under the contract, B.L. Kashyap & Sons Limited will construct the main structure of the project, covering civil and structural work up to the plaster level along with part of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing execution. The scope of work encompasses four residential towers comprising three basements and 41 floors each, one residential tower with three basements and 39 floors, as well as commercial and ancillary buildings and associated works. The project is expected to be executed over a timeline of five to six years.
Spread across 12.40 acres, Tonino Lamborghini Residences comprises 812 premium residences across five towers in a low-density, four-to-a-core configuration. The project marks the entry of the Italian brand into the Indian residential market. Phase 1 of the development has completely sold out, and Phase 2 was launched recently. The project forms part of SG SPR Estate, an integrated destination anchored by a 25-acre commercial business district being developed alongside RMZ Corporation.
Guided by Tonino Lamborghini Total Living Creative Director Angela Krieger, the design team includes Handel Architects of New York as principal architect, Bose Brothers Architects as executive architect, and interior design by Carlos Rossi. The development is conceived as a vertical village featuring a continuous green ribbon and a members-only clubhouse.
