The platform reports a 74 percent customer retention rate and a lifetime value-to-customer acquisition cost ratio of 5.6x. The performance comes as corporate demand shifts toward integrated workplace solutions for enterprises, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and multi-city operations.
To date, Stylework has raised Rs 19.5 crore in pre-Series B funding. Its investor base includes Equentis, Kaygee Investments, Cogniphy, Money Vyapaar, Auxano, LVX Ventures, Inflection Point Ventures, Capri Global Holdings, QI Ventures (SCIF), BizDateUp, Ah Ventures, and We Founder Circle (WeFC). The company plans to expand its AI-based smart contracting and portfolio management capabilities while maintaining its asset-light model.

Commenting on the results, Sparsh Khandelwal, Founder and CEO, Stylework, said, “As we complete a decade of operations, our focus has been on building a business that can scale without the capital intensity traditionally associated with real estate. Achieving profitability while expanding our enterprise network reinforces our belief that technology, a broad workspace ecosystem and stronger contracting relationships can create a more efficient model for the market.”
