NBCC signs MoU with Korea body on Smart City projects

The National Buildings Construction Corporation Ltd (NBCC) and the Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) have signed a memorandum of understanding for sharing expertise and joint exploration of Smart City projects in India and the Republic of Korea.
Rajendra Chaudhari, Director (Commercial), NBCC, signed the MoU on behalf of the NBCC with Lee Ki-Yeal, Director, Korea Land & Housing Corporation on August 1. NBCC CMD Anoop Kumar Mittal and Directors and senior officers of the two companies were present during the ceremony.
It is worth mentioning that NBCC has been developing two huge projects in Delhi named East Delhi Hub, Karkardoma, New Delhi and Lake View Complex, Trilokpuri, New Delhi on TOD norms and Smart City Concept on DDA land measuring 75 acres and 25 acres respectively.
