RPS set to hand over possession to 1,350 families
Faridabad’s real estate firm RPS Group is all set to hand over 1,350 apartments to its home buyers within the next five months. They will soon be moving into two of the firm’s projects, Savana and Palms, where already 650 families have been given possession.
According to a press release, RPS has planned to hand over 700 more units in the current quarter and around 650 units in the fourth quarter of 2015.
The release said all RPS projects are designed as urban oasis within a city with facilities and features like club house, kids’ play area, convenient shopping, school and day-care centre being inherent part of the offering.
It has also been planned to open a high school by KR Mangalam, in RPS Savana, for which the construction work is already underway. The company has also tied up with hospital chain ‘Asian Institute of Medical Sciences’ to set up a multi-specialty hospital in RPS Savana, by the name of ‘Asaian Fidelis’.
Pradeep Seth, Group CEO, said, “RPS Group is known to keep its customers happy and satisfied and with its strong financial background, has always endeavored to deliver the best product and has, thus, created a leading edge in Faridabad.”
