JMS performs bhoomi pujan for its Crosswalk project in Gurgaon
JMS Buildtech on Monday performed the bhoomi pujan for its flagship project JMS Crosswalk, at Sector 93 in Gurgaon.
According to a press release, more than 300 customers, employees and channel partners attended the event.
JMS Crosswalk spread over two acres with Spanish architectural facets will house some well-known brands from food and beverage industry, a fitness chain, international apparel brands, electronic store, mobile giants, spa, super market, flea market, shops, offices and banks.
The press release said the project is in the residential zone and it will cater to the daily needs of over 40,000 residential units. The layout and architecture is contemporary and in sync with global trends. It will be a one-stop lifestyle destination for consumers across age groups and will provide a beautiful ambience. It also offers ample parking facility.
Speaking on the occasion, Pushpender Singh, Director, JMS Buildtech, said, “JMS Crosswalk heralds the entry of JMS Buildtech into the realty landscapes of NCR, with its very first boutique commercial in the heart of New Gurgaon. Reverting to the warm response of the customers and channel partners, on this auspicious day, we look forward to a close association of lifetime with them.”

Talking about the investment Ravi Saund , COO, JMS Buildtech, said, “The lavish project is worth Rs 200 crore. The journey towards yet another dream has begun today on an auspicious note. The company intends to launch a residential project worth Rs 700 crore in this financial year and spend around Rs 1500 crore in the next two years.”
The company has secured all approvals for the project and it will be completed by December 2018.
