Tata Housing joins hands with SBI to celebrate women power
Tata Housing and the State Bank of India are collaborating on this International Women’s day to celebrate the ‘Power to Women’ from March 8 to 13.
According to a press release, the theme resonates with the fact that today’s women make independent decisions on their personal development and the shift is towards sharing responsibilities as equals which is no different even for buying a home.
To harness and accelerate a positive change, Tata Housing and SBI are bringing out special offers for women to assert their decision of buying a dream home for their family. This unique offering is being brought by Tata Housing where you can pay only 20 per cent of the agreement value now and nothing till you move in.
SBI home loans is associated as the exclusive home loan partner for this initiative where a special interest rate for women borrowers at 9.5 per cent is being offered under ‘SBI Her Ghar Scheme’ and also the processing fees on the home loan is being waived.
