Bengaluru-based real estate developer Unishire on Wednesday announced the launch of its ‘Your Home Your Offer’, city’s first offer- customisation, by home-buyer themselves. The one-of-its kind offer gives home-buyers a chance to create personalised offers based on their needs and requirement.

According to a press release, the unique offer can be availed at http://www.yourhomeyouroffer.com/, website that was also unveiled for customers to experience and avail.

The press release said, the customisation allows home-buyers to choose from options like free holiday package, no-pre EMI option, free modular kitchen, assured rentals, zero percent interest scheme, free home automation upgradation, etc. The options are based on the budget and project selected by a home-buyer. The offer is available on projects ranging from Rs. 50 lakhs to Rs. 1.5 crore and upwards.

Based on the budget, projects are suggested with offer options to choose from. Extending Akshaya Tritiya wishes to the home-buyer, every sale that takes place between May 10 to May 31, 2016, its home-buyer will also get a free 10 gms of gold, the release said.
