ABA Corp. Cherry County delivered for possession in Greater Noida (West)

Noida / Greater Noida, August 24, 2016: Despite the slowdown in real estate market where news of project delays have become common especially in the areas of Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway, leading huge inconvenience and resentment from home buyers, Noida based ABA Corp. announced delivery for possession of its up market affordable project Cherry County in Greater Noida (West).
“We were extremely tensed after hearing one or the other delayed project story in the region, since giving rent and EMI at the same time was getting extremely difficult for a long period of time, but surprisingly our apartment was delivered as expected” said Shalab Singla resident who has just move Tower A-2 in Cherry County.
The prime located project is situated adjacent to 130 meter wide Noida – Greater Noida Highway, Cherry County is spread over 12 acre, with a total of 1,793 units on offer, out of which 1,240 apartments have been delivered for possession already to its’ home buyers, while another 550 apartments will be delivered for possession within a month.
A rarity amongst developers in the area, Cherry County is one of the first projects to delivered on-time in the region.

The highlight of the project seems to be the central podium of the project, with a Club House called “Cherish: reserved for residents. The 55,000 sq ft club house encompasses amenities like Gymnasium, Swimming pools for both adult and children, Spa, Steam, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Lawn Tennis, Table Tennis, Badminton, Basket Ball court, Yoga Training, Card Room & Billiard Room, Banquet and Party halls, Entertainment Room, Service apartments for resident’s guests.
“The Club house and other facilities are indeed class apart for project located in this area, while we did have concerns in regards to timely possession, but now that my family has moved in the society, it is a great relief for us” said Jishnu Dey recently shifted resident of Tower A-3 in Cherry County.
