Anarock CEO, Ashwinder Raj Singh quits, joins Bajaj Housing Finance
Ashwinder Raj Singh has quit as the CEO of Anarock Property Consultants (earlier JLL- India Residential Services) and joined Bajaj Finance as “Group Business Head- Home Loans”. Ashwinder was instrumental in the exponential growth of home brokerage space at JLL Residential Services, as its CEO between 2015-17. He played a key role in creating and setting up Anarock, under the leadership of Anuj Puri, in July this year.
Ashwinder has joined Bajaj Housing Finance as Group Business Head.
In more than two decades of his career, Ashwinder has worked in Citibank, Deutsche Bank & ICICI Bank, having diverse experience whilst serving in senior leadership roles across assets, liabilities, credit cards and wealth management businesses. In his new role at Bajaj
Finance, he will head the home loan and developer finance businesses.
