Baya Weaver launches its first project ‘Oh My God’ in Noida
NEW DELHI: Real estate consultant BOP India Private Limited spread its horizon to include real estate development by launching Baya Weaver Limited to offer customised and specialised real estate solutions. The company aspires to provide housing in the country with the best international practices and also aims to serve markets in Tier-II & Tier-III cities.
According to a press release, Baya Weaver “believes in delivering the best possible modern amenities to its residents and sound and guaranteed returns to its believers”. The company has a specialised team of architects, engineers, interior designers and administrators.
The occasion also marked the launch of Baya Weaver’s flagship project Oh My God ‘OMG’ stated to come up at Sector 129 on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Spread over 4.67 acre, the project will have approximately 1,200 serviced super studios with sizes ranging from 594 sq. ft to 735 sq. ft. The project will be delivered within 36 months from the commencement of construction and a grace period of 180 days thereafter, according to the company release.
Speaking at the launch, Amit Mavi, ‘Chief Bird’, Baya Weaver Limited, said, “We at Baya Weaver offer our customers value for their money by providing them world class amenities, which will raise the bar and set a new benchmark for the sector. We are introducing world class construction and green technologies within this project.”
