Group Satellite hands over 132 rehab units at Malad under SRA

Group Satellite, one of Mumbai’s reputed real estate developers, on February 15 handed over 132 units of SaiKrupa S.R.A Sahkari Gruhanirman Society – Ltd, built under the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) scheme.
Ankur Jain, CEO of Group Satellite, handed over the units to the residents in Malad East. Also present on the occasion were Sunil Prabhu, MLA, from Dindoshi Assembly constituency, Suhas Wadkar, Deputy Mayor of Mumbai, and Amol Kirtikar, General Secretary, Yuva Sena, along with other dignitaries.
The SRA Tower, comprising 1BHK apartments of 300 sqft carpet area, is situated in a prime location in Malad East. It is part of Group Satellite’s flagship project Aarambh.
Speaking on this occasion, Jain said, “We believe in the ability to sculpt better lives by designing and crafting exceptional homes that sets us apart. We have managed to complete the project within the stipulated timeline of within two years.”
Congratulating Group Satellite, Prabhu said, “I am truly delighted to see that the developer has delivered the finest quality of rehabilitation housing within the guidelines of the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) and I wish good luck to all the families for their new upgraded home.”
