Gulshan Bellina in Greater Noida West
Realty major Gulshan Homz launched its latest offering, ‘Gulshan Bellina’, in Greater Noida West on Monday.
According to a press release, the project offers 2&3 BHK apartments in five different sizes. The company claims to be offering to its customers world-class amenities, like kids lounge, gymnasium, amphitheater, business lounge, yoga centre, sports facilities, laundry services, aerobic dance floor and jogging track etc.
The project, located at Sector 16, Greater Noida (West), shares one of the most prime locations. The launch price of the project is Rs.3,360 per sq. ft. onwards. The project is to be spread across a total area of 7.5 acres and will include 13 towers with 19 floors in each. The company has planned to construct a total of 1,108 units with four to six flats on each floor. The project is scheduled to offer possession after 36 months.
Deepak Kapoor, Director, Gulshan Homz, said at the launch ceremony, “We have kept no stones unturned when it comes to providing facilities in this project. We have planned and designed the amenities in this project keeping in mind the needs and requirements of our future residents. The location is also wonderful as it is in extreme close proximity to Delhi and Noida.”
