Signature Global gets OC for two projects

Signature Global has announced that it has received Occupation Certificate for two of its affordable housing projects in Gurugram.
The possessions for a nine-acre project, ‘Grand Iva’, in Dwarka Expressway and five-acre project, ‘Orchard Avenue’, in Gurugram will follow soon, said a press release issued by the realty firm.
Under Haryana Affordable Housing Policy, both these projects offer 1BHK and 2 BHK units in various sizes. While Grand Iva offers 1,472 units of 1BHK and 2BHK configurations in sizes ranging from 426.02 sqft to 716.17 sqft, Orchard Avenue offers 729 units in 1BHK and 2BHK configurations with sizes varying from 400 sqft to 630.704 sq ft (carpet area + balcony).
Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global Group, said, “Grand Iva is strategically located and with the recent announcement of Dwarka e-way being operational before August 15, 2022, the area is at a boom.
