315Work Avenue enters Pune market
Co-working major 315Work Avenue has announced leasing of around 35,000 sqft of office space in Pune as part of its plan to expand its footprint in the country.

The office space has been leased in the prominent area of Baner in Pune, which is witnessing skyrocketing commercial growth, said a press release. The company is planning to set up 700 plus seats in this space.
The new facility, said the release, would come with all modern amenities and reflect minimalism that would be appealing to clients.
Manas Mehrotra, Founder, 315Work Avenue, said: “315Work Avenue has achieved a phenomenal growth in the short period and Pune will be an extremely strong market for us to strengthen our footprint and play an integral role in our overall growth journey. The launch of this centre will inch us closer to our target of 30,000 seats in the next one year.”
