After the recent acquisition of a manufacturing plant in Hyderabad, Wavin, an innovative pipes and fittings solution provider, has announced the acquisition of a new facility at Neemrana in Rajasthan, from Dura-Line.
It is the second acquisition by the company this year to meet the emerging demand for advanced water & gas pipes and fittings for below-ground use and CPVC, uPVC, & SWR pipes for above-ground applications, said a press release.
The Neemrana plant will continue producing advanced water and gas products for below-ground use and invest in other extrusion lines to produce CPVC, uPVC, & SWR pipes for above-ground applications, added the release.
