Sushma Group launches plots in Mansa

Punjab-based Sushma Group had recently announced the launch of plots in Mansa. This is the third Joynest project. The two other Joynest projects are situated in Mohali and Zirakpur.

Spread over 11 acres, the project offers different plot variants in the varying sizes of 99 sq yd, 106 sq yd, 116 sq yd, 122 sq yd and 125 sq yd. with a starting price of Rs.11.90 lakhs only. As an inaugural offer the company has introduced free stamp duty for initial few plots.

“These colonies, when created by experienced developers, provide the best of amenities  in addition  to the normal flexibility that such abodes provide. The prospect for high appreciation in places where infrastructure is being developed is also an added benefit to the buyers,” says Prateek Mittal, Executive Director, Sushma Group and IIT Alumnus.
