Signature Global receives OC for 2 projects

Gurugram, May 9, 2022: Signature Global, announced that it has received the Occupation Certificate for two of its affordable housing projects. According to a press release issued by the company, it has received the OC (Occupancy Certificate) for Roselia 1, located in Sector 95A, New Gurugram and Solera 2, located in Sector 107, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram.

Both the projects have been launched and developed under the Haryana Government’s affordable housing policy (AHP). Roselia 1 is spread over an area of 8.034 acres and has 1101 units, divided into 2BHK units in 569.243 Sq. ft. and 514.272 Sq. Ft. size configurations separately. Solera 2 is spread over a land parcel of 3 acres and has offerings of total 448 units in 4 different size of 2BHK affordable homes.
