R&M Podium Sets New Benchmark in Presence of UP RERA Chief, Policies Discussed, Intense Brainstorming on Office & Retail Leasing, Luxury Housing Too Discussed in Detail

Noida, May 24, 2024: Realty & More magazine created a new benchmark with its R&M Podium, a discussion forum on real estate and allied issues.

The event commenced with a ceremonial lamp lighting by the Chief Guest of the event, Sanjay Bhoosreddy, Chairman of UP RERA along with esteemed guests Manoj Gaur, President of CREDAI NCR, and CMD of Gaurs Group, Yukti Nagpal, Director of Gulshan Group, Sanjay Sharma, Director SKA Group, adding a touch of tradition and auspiciousness to the proceedings.

Sanjay Sharma, Director, SKA Group facilitated the ceremony by honoring the RERA Chairman with a bouquet. The welcome speech was delivered by Palash Roy, Editor of Realty & More, setting the stage for the insightful discussions that followed.

Addressed the gathering, Sanjay Bhoosreddy, Chairman of UP RERA emphasized on the importance of working on legacy projects while also focusing on new registrations. He highlighted the agency’s commitment to timely delivery and quality, urging developers to adhere to project timelines and deliver to buyers as promised.

The first panel, moderated by Palash Roy, Editor of Realty & More, focused on “RERA – The Game Changer” with panellists including Sanjay Bhoosreddy, Chairman, UP RERA, Manoj Gaur Chairman, Credai National & CMD, Gaurs Group, Sanjay Sharma, Director of SKA Group, Venket Rao, Founder of Intygrat Law Offices, Gaurav Kumar, Managing Director of Capital Markets & Land, CBRE India, and Bikram Chatterji,  Advocate, Yukti Innovators.

The UP RERA Chairman highlighted RERA’s progress since becoming fully functional in September 2018, focusing on developing and improving continuously. He reiterated the commitment to complete installed projects and push legacy projects forward. The panellists emphasized RERA’s dual role in benefiting both buyers and developers, increasing transparency, and ensuring timely delivery.

Manoj Gaur highlighted the authority’s role in restoring trust among buyers and promoting positive sentiment in the real estate market. Director of SKA Group Sanjay Sharma emphasized on technological advancements on building construction and their impact on reducing project timelines and improving efficiency.

There was an intense fireside chat with Director of Gulshan Group Yukti Nagpal on Luxury housing. Nagpal explained how pent-up demand post Covid resulted into a big boom in luxury housing pan India.
