Emaar India Launches Luxury Residential Project, Amaris in Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram

Gurugram, November 15, 2024: Emaar India, announced the launch of its latest eco-conscious luxury residential project, ‘Amaris’ Located at Sector 62, in Golf Course Extension Road micro market in Gurugram.

Nestled in a 24,759 sq. m. (6.118 acres of land), Amaris offers an elevated lifestyle with luxurious 2, 3, and 4 BHK residences, mentions a press release issued by the company. The company will institute a third-party assurance for Amaris launch. The EOIs will be sought from interested prospective customers from November 15 to 18, 2024. The company will also be launching ‘My Emaar India’ app to make the process smooth and easily accessible for the clients. Following the EOI, the same process of allocation of units based on draw of lots will be undertaken which will be livestreamed across its official social media pages. The date and time for the draw of lots will be announced post the EOI process is completed.
