AshokVistas by Peninsula Land Sells All 120 Plots Within Hours of Launch

Mumbai, January 23, 2025: Peninsula Land Limited has announced the resounding success of its project, AshokVistas by ‘Peninsula Land’, held on January 18 at Gahunje, Pune. The event, themed “Your Canvas, Your Eden”, witnessed an overwhelming response, with the entire project inventory of 120 plots sold out within few hours.

The sell-out is a testament to the capabilities PLL has built in the category of plotted developments with a journey that began six years ago, spanning projects across Goa, Nashik, Lonavala and Pune. With nearly 50 acres of residential, retail, and plotted developments, Peninsula Land has been instrumental in transforming Gahunje.
