Ace claims milestone in construction speed

Upcoming realty player Ace Group has achieved a significant milestone by constructing approximately 3 lakh sq. ft. of area spread over 24 floors in a record span of 12 months. According to a press release, the feat was achieved at one of its towers in residential project Ace City at Greater Noida West.

Ajay Kumar, CMD of Ace Group, gives the credit for this to the “effective project planning and site management skills by the construction head of Ace City.” He said. “The use of German shuttering technique called Doka Shuttering has given an extra edge to the construction team since it is easy to understand for traditional workmen.”

The Group has four projects in the pipeline, namely Ace Platinum, Ace City, Ace Aspire and Ace Golfshire in Greater Noida, Greater Noida West and Noida Expressway.
