Actor-Director Aatish Kapadia, Wife Buy Apartment Worth ₹15.31 Cr in Mumbai
Mumbai, July 2, 2025: Actor, director and screenplay writer Aatish Kapadia and wife Alison have purchased an apartment in Goregaon for INR 15.31 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by real estate marketplace squareyards.com on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR). The transaction was registered in June.
Goregaon is well-connected via the Western Express Highway, SV Road and the Goregaon railway station, offering smooth access to key business districts such as Andheri, Malad and BKC. The area has a mix of corporate offices, film studios and production houses, making it attractive to both working professionals and creatives.
With infrastructure upgrades like the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road and proximity to major retail hubs like Inorbit Mall and Infiniti Mall, Goregaon West is steadily transforming into a dynamic urban node, offering convenience, connectivity and liveability.
According to property registration documents from IGR, reviewed by Square Yards, the apartment is located in Elysian by Oberoi Realty. It has a RERA carpet area of 3,030.07 sq ft, including three parking slots. The transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of INR 91.86 lakh and registration charges of INR 30,000.
According to Square Yards Data Intelligence, Elysian by Oberoi Realty has recorded 116 sale registrations with a total transaction value of INR 1,035 crore from April 2024 to March 2025. The average property price in the project is INR 50,869 per sq ft.
