French Actress Kalki Koechlin Sells Andheri West Apartment in Mumbai for Rs 2.55 Crore: Square Yards

Mumbai, June 16, 2026: French actress Kalki Koechlin has sold her apartment in Mumbai’s prominent Andheri West locality for Rs 2.55 crore, according to property registration documents. The transaction was officially registered in April 2026, as revealed in data reviewed by real estate platform Square Yards from the official website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR).

The property, located in the Varsova Kiran Co-operative Housing Society Limited, spans a built-up area of 114.31 square meters (1,230.42 square feet). Property registration records indicate that the transaction involved a stamp duty payment of Rs 16.08 lakh, alongside standard registration charges of Rs 30,000.

Koechlin had originally purchased the Andheri West residence back in December 2015 for Rs 1.95 crore. By fetching Rs 2.55 crore in the current market, the actress has locked in a capital appreciation of approximately Rs 60 lakh over a holding period of roughly 10 years. This translates to an estimated 31% return on her initial real estate investment.

Andheri West remains one of Mumbai’s most sought-after residential destinations, drawing significant interest from working professionals, entrepreneurs, and creative-industry talent. The neighborhood is highly regarded for its connectivity via the Western Express Highway, Link Road, the suburban rail network, and the Mumbai Metro, alongside its proximity to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. It also benefits from close access to commercial and entertainment hubs like SEEPZ, MIDC, Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), and Film City.

Born in India to French parents, Koechlin made her Bollywood debut in 2009 and has since built a reputation for portraying diverse and unconventional roles across Indian films, web series, and theatre. Beyond her cinematic career, she remains an active figure in writing and various social initiatives.
