Adani Realty Names Industry Veteran Harinder Dhillon as Sales & Marketing Chief for Delhi-NCR
New Delhi, June 4, 2026: Adani Realty, the real estate development arm of the Adani Group, has announced the appointment of Harinder Dhillon as Head of Sales & Marketing for the Delhi-NCR region. In his new role, Dhillon will oversee and direct the company’s comprehensive sales and marketing operations across the high-growth markets of Gurugram and Noida, the company said in a press release.
Dhillon joins Adani Realty as a seasoned professional with more than 28 years of experience spanning the real estate, banking, and customer-centric business sectors. His extensive background includes specialized expertise in sales leadership, revenue generation, channel partner management, customer acquisition, and strategic business development.
At Adani Realty, Dhillon will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening overall market positioning, enhancing customer engagement, and spearheading go-to-market strategies. He is expected to play a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s expansion ambitions within the highly competitive and dynamic National Capital Region.
Before taking on this new responsibility, Dhillon built a robust career holding key leadership positions at several prominent organizations, including DLF, BPTP, ATS Infrastructure, Damac Properties, Raheja Developers, and ICICI Bank. Throughout his tenure in the industry, he has managed high-performing sales teams and successfully launched marquee residential projects, landmark commercial and retail spaces, and integrated township developments.
