Airports, Expressways, And GCCs Redefine ExpresswaysExpansion Across Delhi-NCR
Delhi NCR, September 23, 2026: Infrastructure investments and corporate growth are shifting Delhi-NCR’s real estate landscape away from basic housing toward self-sustaining economic ecosystems. Major corridors, including the Dwarka Expressway, Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and Yamuna Expressway, are expanding as commercial hubs driven by the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar and Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
On the Dwarka Expressway, connectivity between Delhi and Gurugram is attracting long-term residents and diversified projects.
