Alliance City Developers Receives RERA Approvals for 22 Alliance House, Alliance Tanvi

Mumbai, January 6, 2026: Alliance City Developers Realtors Pvt. Ltd has received approval from Maha RERA for two high-end residential buildings in the heart of Vile Parle East: 22 Alliance House and Alliance Tanvi. Alliance City Developers chose to pursue voluntary registration even though neither project was required to register with RERA.
