AltF Coworking to launch 2 properties in NCR

New Delhi, May 2023: AltF Coworking, a co-working solutions provider, has announced the launch of two new properties in Noida and Gurgaon. 

The property in Noida is located along the Yamuna Expressway whereas Gurgaon property is on the Golf Course Road. 

AltF Noida 142, spans over 1.5 L square feet, with a carpet area of around 1L square feet, the space comprises 2B + G + 11 floors. In its first phase, the property will launch G+3 floors+2 basements, providing a total of 969 seats, including private seats, four-seater and six-seater meeting rooms, an eight-seater meeting room, two ten-seater conference rooms, a lounge area, and a 100-seater cafe. 

Gurgaon AltF Coworking, located on the Golf Course Road is on the 1st and 2nd floors of MPD Tower with an area of 25,380 sqft, including a carpet area of 17,766 sqft, provides flexible seating options, including private seats, dedicated desks and well-equipped meeting rooms.
