Experts' Take
Amit Modi, Whole-Time Director, ABA Corp
In a country like India where real estate investment is an investment of a lifetime, the physical assessment of the property is still of prime importance for the consumers. Having said that social media as a part of the larger digital media platform cannot be ignored in a consumer driven market, where feedback can be used as a tool both by the retail investors and the developers. We, therefore, believe that real estate sector also needs to have a strong social media presence so that it has a better view of all conversations around real estate investments and purchase triggers. We at ABA Corp have therefore made sure that we are present in social media destinations like Facebook and Twitter, and have a strong social media strategy in place.
