Ammann India Honoured for ‘Best Sustainable Strategies’ at Gujarat State Leadership Awards 2025

Ahmedabad, September 1, 2025: Ammann India, a leading manufacturer of infrastructure and construction equipment, was recognised with the esteemed title of “Organisation with Best Sustainable Strategies” at the Gujarat State Leadership Awards 2025. The coveted award ceremony was held in Ahmedabad and hosted by the World Leadership Congress & Awards.
The recognition underscores the company’s commitment to advancing nation-building through sustainable infrastructure development, in line with its theme for the year, “Building a Well-Connected India”. With a legacy of over 150 years globally and more than a decade of presence in India, Ammann has been instrumental in providing state-of-the-art, reliable and environmentally responsible road construction and compaction solutions.
Through technologies like energy-efficient asphalt-mixing plants that reduce particulate emissions, recycled asphalt solutions enabling up to 60 per cent reclaimed asphalt reuse and a strong presence in 10,000-plus road and highway projects across India, including Ganga Expressway, key Bharatmala and Gujarat state highway upgrades, Ammann India continues to drive sustainable, large-scale infrastructure growth.

“As one of the world’s fastest-growing economies, India’s progress is anchored in strong, sustainable infrastructure. At Ammann, we are committed to building solutions that connect people and markets while safeguarding resources for future generations,” said Dheeraj Panda, MD, Ammann India.
“This recognition at the Gujarat State Leadership Awards 2025 reinforces our mission to drive innovation, inclusivity and environmentally responsible growth for a more sustainable India.”
The company’s ongoing investment in state-of-the-art facilities, green technologies and workforce empowerment programmes reflect its belief in innovation, environmental stewardship, tapping India’s skilled demographic dividend and nation-building.
Ammann India ensures that its contributions go well beyond machinery—whether it is by encouraging recycling technologies, creating sustainable and intelligent roadbuilding techniques or fostering internal leadership—laying the groundwork for long-term infrastructure development.
