The region caters to the needs of all segments be it affordable, mid segment or luxury homes. The strategic location and connectivity quotient also act as a realty booster for operties in Noida.
The city provides excellent connectivity to other cities of NCR. Expressways, wider highways and huge land parcels for growth has also helped the Noida market gain momentum.
Noida is also seen as a well-developed micro market with substantial office and retail space and deepening commercial activity. Presence of social infrastructure makes it a preferred destination for investment. This area boasts of integrated IT parks development and tech zone mostly sought by IT-ITeS companies today. Apart from MNCs, theme parks and food processing units, PSUs are also looking for land in this area.
To sum it up, Noida is the best NCR city to live in because its civic infrastructure is more evolved and the cost of living here is moderate.
Being a planned city with a strong transport network and plenty of job and educational opportunities, residential properties here are more advantageous than its neighbors.
