Transparency pays as the companies or organisations with fuller disclosures and in their systems are bound to attract more investors and end users. We can take example from recently held assembly polls in Delhi, where hardly an year back found party walked away with limelight and went on to form government purely on the basis of transparency in their system. Therefore, we feel transparency is must and much talked-about REIT norms in the market will allow the sector to have access to a large and healthy atmosphere in the realty business.
