Anant Raj Receives RERA Registration For Luxury Housing Project in Gurugram

New Delhi, February 13, 2024: Delhi based real estate developer Anant Raj Ltd, announced receiving RERA registration for its latest luxury housing project in foot hills of the Aravallis, “The Estate Residences” prominently located on Golf Course Extension Road.

Anant Raj will construct 248 luxurious high-rise (30+ floors) condominiums in the Project. These Residences will feature lavish 4 BHK apartments ranging from approximately 3700 sq. ft. to 4,800 sq. ft. The Project holds a Revenue potential of approximately Rs 1,800 crore, claims a press release issued by the company. 

The Project will be spread over 5.43 acres of land within the Company’s existing 180 acres Integrated Residential Township namely “Anant Raj Estate”, in Sector 63-A, on Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram, Haryana.
