ANAROCK Appoints Vik Lulla to Lead US Commercial Leasing and Advisory Operations

New Delhi, April 11, 2025: Anarock Group has announced the appointment of global commercial real estate transactions and advisory veteran Vik Lulla as Executive Vice President – Commercial Leasing & Advisory, USA to lead the USA expansion of the group’s commercial leasing & advisory vertical.

Based out of San Francisco, Vik Lulla has over 25 years of leadership experience, including a decade in global commercial real estate transactions and advisory. He will report to Peush Jain, Managing Director – Commercial Leasing & Advisory.

Vik has a strong track record in managing high-value transactions across Office, R&D, Industrial, and Retail sectors. He has successfully guided U.S. enterprises expanding internationally, leading complex transactions and optimizing global real estate portfolios.

Before joining ANAROCK, Vik was President at Knight Frank Corporate Real Estate Services (US), driving market expansion and handling major transactions for Fortune 500 clients. He also played a key leadership role at Knight Frank India, spearheading cross-border business development and international revenue growth.

A firm advocate for sustainable real estate practices, Vik holds a CISL certification in Sustainable Leadership for the Built Environment from Cambridge University, along with MCR and MRICS certifications. He is also an active member of CoreNet Global (NorCal Chapter) and a former board member of CoreNet India Chapter.
