ANAROCK closes joint project deal in Kolkata

ANAROCK Property Consultants‘ Land Services division on January 4 announced the successful closure of a joint development deal for 72 acres in Kolkata’s Satyaa Homes, between Satyaa Homes and Ambuja Neotia Group.

This is a significant township deal to be struck in 2020 and will result in the large plotted/villa development township to be launched in Rajarhat, said a press release issued by ANAROCK.

The township will be completed within five years, it added.

Ambuja Neotia Group is the development management partner, and the finance partner is HDFC Capital Advisors.
