With DDA approving land pooling policy, it will definitely slash the rates in Gurgaon and Noida regions, although it will depend on the final policy with detailing of FAR I land cost etc. The middle income and lower income group, who cannot afford a house in Delhi because of the high rates, will be now in a position to have their own house at their convenience.
