Commenting on the flash sales, Abhishek Goyat, Director, Antriksh Group, said, “The sales velocity on the very first of the launch of project, Urban Greek is a witness of the recovery that the real estate sector is now going to see in coming months. The prices that have been steady at a high point have witnessed a correction. And the market had lost the trust of consumers. Buyers have been waiting for the right product at right kind of pricing. And Urban Greek has provided them with that option and opportunity to invest.”
Antriksh Group, a development firm that focuses on residential as well as commercial real estate, was established in 1990. Under the chairmanship of its founder Rajbir Singh Goyat, the firm is now one of the leading real estate companies in the country.
