Antriksh India commercial project at Sector 150 in Noida Expressway

NCR realty player Antriksh India has come out with its maiden commercial setup, Antriksh India Complex, to be developed at Sector 150 in Noida Expressway.

According to a press release, the region is unique with respect to its FAR of 1.5 that highlights the region of being one of the most low density regions across the NCR. This commercial property will stand be the only approved commercial setup at present in the region, the release said.

There will be a total area of 46,000 sq. ft. which will house around 110 IT and office spaces in a single unit plan of 217 sq. ft. at the BSP of Rs. 4,500 per sq. ft. Also, the complex would have over 50 retail spaces in two unit plans of 175 sq. ft. and 261 sq. ft. at the BSP of Rs. 13,000 per sq. ft. The construction of the project would be completed by December 2019, said the release.
