Aparna Constructions announces launch of plotted development project, Aparna Dharti

Hyderabad, May 4, 2022: Aparna Constructions and Estates Private Limited, announced that they have recently launched plotted development project – Aparna Dharti at Dundigal, Hyderabad. 

Located in Dundigal, Aparna Dharti is also extremely well connected to the key hotspots – Miyapur, Gachibowli, Bowrampet, Gateway IT Park; amongst others. Spread across 83.23 acres of land, the plotted property comes with 760 plots, starting at INR 91 lakhs. 

Speaking about the new launch and the company’s plans for this fiscal, SS Reddy, Managing Director, Aparna Constructions and Estates, said, “Aparna Dharti is our first launch of the fiscal and second in this calendar year. Most of our upcoming projects will be located around the hotspots across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Bangalore. We are looking at exiting the fiscal with a 30% growth.”
