~Launches its new 2 & 3 BHK project Aparna Maple~
Bengaluru, 19th August, 2019: Continuing with its expansion plans, Aparna Constructions and Estates Private Limited, today announced the launch of its new project in Bangalore. Titled ‘Aparna Maple’ the project will be coming up in K. Narayanapura Village, K.R. Puram, Hobli, Bengaluru. The project will be the second residential property from Aparna Constructions and Estates Private Limited in the city.
Built on 3.3 acres, the project comprises of 246 vastu-compliant apartments in two 14-storey towers. The project offers customers with 2 BHK and 3 BHK houses of carpet sizes ranging from 1165 sq. ft. to 1590 sq. ft.

The gated community which is in the heart East Bengaluru, will be have to its credit gardens and lush landscapes that have impeccably maintained providing a perfect ambience for relaxation and recreation. It will have an exclusive, air-conditioned Club House that features a vast list of amenities such as an tennis court, jogging track, gym, badminton court and swimming pool. The project was designed keeping the depleting ground water levels of the city in mind and so provisions have been made for Rain Water Harvesting at regular intervals to help in replenish the ground water levels. The project will also have a sewage treatment plant of adequate capacity from which treated sewage water will be used for landscaping and flushing purposes. Water for domestic use will be made available through an exclusive Water Softening Plant.
Aparna Maple will have a centralized gas bank that will supply cooking gas to all individual Apartments, fit with pre-paid gas meters. The parking lot is well designed such that two car parks are provided for 3 BHK Apartments & one car park for 2 BHK Apartments and the parking lot shall be in 2 Levels designed to suit the number of car parks provided with parking signs and equipment at required places to ease the driving.
