ARIS Unitern Bags Second Transcon Mandate for Rs 400 Cr GDV Project in Kalina
Mumbai, September 30, 2026: Arisinfra Solutions Limited announced that its subsidiary, ArisUnitern RE Solutions Private Limited (“Unitern”), has been appointed by Transcon Group as the Developer-as-a-Service (DaaS) partner for Transcon UNO in Kalina, Mumbai, under its IGNITE module.
The announcement marks Unitern’s second mandate from Transcon Group, following Phase 1 of Transcon Ramdev Plaza in Santacruz (West). With this project, the total gross development value (GDV) of projects managed under Unitern’s DaaS mandates exceeds Rs 2,500 crore, slated for execution over the next 30 months.
Transcon UNO is a commercial redevelopment project located at Kalina, Santacruz (East), featuring high-end retail spaces and seven floors of office units. The project offers approximately 1.06 lakh sq ft of free-sale RERA carpet area with an estimated GDV of Rs 400 crore.
Under the 18-month agreement, Unitern will oversee construction using a Category A contractor, source building materials via the ARIS platform, and manage sales, marketing, collections, and lender administration. Construction and sales are set to begin immediately as all requisite approvals, including RERA registration, have been secured.
