Ashar Gp sells 500 units of ‘Ashar Merac’, at Mulund Thane Corridor, Shreenagar

Mumbai, July 31, 2024: Ashar Group announced selling 500 units of its latest residential project, ‘Ashar Merac,’ within five weeks of its launch on June 8, 2024. 

Ashar Merac is located in ShreeNagar, also known as the Mulund Thane Corridor (MTC). The sales figure translate to a revenue of over Rs 550 crore, with the starting price for a flat at Rs 85 lakh, informs a press release issued by the company.

Ashar Merac’, designed by Architect Hafeez Contractor, offers a range of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom residences.
