Ashiana Aditya Phase –II sold out within 12 days of launch
Ashiana Housing announced on February 19 that Phase-II of its project Aditya in Jamshedpur has set a milestone with all 200 units being sold out within 12 days of the launch.
In Phase-I of the comfort homes project, all 250 units were sold out within 36 days of the launch, said a press release.
Spread over seven acres of land with a single gated entry, the project encompasses wide open spaces, green lawns and a habitat that turns neighbours into friends, it said. Ashiana Aditya offers unmatched comfort, serenity and value, added the release.
Ankur Gupta, Joint Managing Director, Ashiana Housing Ltd, said, “Jamshedpur being the first planned industrial city in India has always been close to my heart. Phase-I of Ashiana Aditya launched last year had received a highly encouraging response from customers. Now with Ashiana Aditya Phase-II being sold out, I am positive that the demand and growth for residential real estate in the country will be driven by Tier-II and Tier-III cities.”
