Ashiana Ekansh Phase 2 launched

Delhi, January 13, 2023: Ashiana Housing Ltd has announced the launch of Phase -2 of its project, Ashiana Ekansh at the Mansarovar Extension, Jaipur post witnessing an overwhelming response for Phase–1. The project has been launched in association with land partner, Agarwal Marble Group. A press release issued by the company says that, it plans to invest Rs 108.54 cr. in phase 1 and 55 cr in phase 2.
The phase 1 will get completed and ready for possession by 2026 and phase 2 by January 2027.
The project will have four, three and two-bedroom premium residences in various formats. The super area of the apartments will range from 2411 sq.ft. (223.99 sq.mt.) For 4BHK to 1306 sq.ft. (121.33 sq.mt.) For 2BHK. Each floor of the tower will have four apartments.
