Ashiana expands its project in Bhiwadi

Ashiana Housing on July 9 announced the launch of Phase-IV of Ashiana Nirmay in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
With the successful implementation of the existing phases of Ashiana Nirmay with current occupancy of 195 families, Phase-IV of the senior living project will continue to provide senior consumers with access to senior friendly architecture, said a press release.
Senior residents have the option to choose from 2 and 3BHK flats ranging from Rs 46.7 to 69.3 lakh, at the newly launched ten floored facility with stilt.
Located 45 minutes away from Gurugram, Ashiana Nirmay is a haven for senior residents to enjoy their silver years with ease and comfort, post-retirement, added the release.
