Ashiana housing Q1 revenue up 66 per cent

Ashiana Housing Ltd. announced a Profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 6.71 Crores for the first quarter ending 30th June, 2015. The company registered a loss of Rs 6.71 Crores in the same period of the previous year.

The consolidated revenue for the quarter stood at Rs 25.57 crores, 66% higher than corresponding period in the last fiscal.

The company recorded an Equivalent Area Constructed of 5.33 lakhs sq. ft. for the first quarter as compared to the 5.16 lakhs sq. ft. in corresponding period of last fiscal.

The Company recorded bookings of 1.65 lakhs square feet in the first  quarter of the fiscal year as compared to the 4.51 lakhs square feet of bookings in the corresponding period last year.
