Ashiana Housing’s ASHIANA EKANSH Phase-III achieves Rs 82 cr sales on launch day

June 27, 2024: Ashiana Housing Limited, announced the launch of Phase III of its premium residential project, Ashiana Ekansh, situated in Jaipur’s Mansarovar Extension area. The launch garnered remarkable traction, with a significant 92 out of 112 units sold on the first day, translating to a sales of Rs 82 crores, mentions a press release issued by the company.

Spanning 8.6 acres, Ashiana Ekansh offers a total of 560 residential units across stilt + 14 towers, featuring configurations ranging from 2 BHK to 4 BHK. Phase III introduces 112 premium units, catering to diverse family needs with a mix of 2 BHK, 3 BHK+2T, and 3 BHK+3T configurations.

The construction of Phase III of Ashiana Ekansh commenced in June 2024, with the completion targeted for December 2028.
