Ashiana launches Phase-IV of Dwarka project in Jodhpur

Ashiana Housing on April 13 announced the launch of Phase-IV of its Dwarka project in Jodhpur.
Envisioned with an aim of providing customers with perfect harmony of advanced architecture and proximity to nature, the project offers 80 pc green, open spaces, said a press release. It blends well-designed inner spaces with large comfortable outer surroundings, said the release.
Spread over 8.81 acres with single gated entry, the project encompasses extensive open areas, green lawns and a habitat that turns neighbours into friends, providing residents an active, healthy, and dynamic lifestyle, it added.
With 96 units within the price range of Rs 33.63 lakh to Rs 47.53 lakh, and 2/3 BHK options, Ashiana Dwarka will further contribute to the growth of Jodhpur as a residential hub, added the release. Registration for Phase-IV commenced on April 13 and will end on May 31.
