Ashiana to launch Tarang Phase-III

Ashiana Housing Ltd., a real estate developer and pioneer in the senior living space, is set to launch Phase-III of Ashiana Tarang in Bhiwadi.
Envisaged with the aim of providing customers with abundant opportunities to experience premium lifestyle at an accessible price-point, Tarang Phase-III will contribute to the rapid development of Bhiwadi as an upcoming suburb, said a press release.
With its 96 units, Phase-III will play an integral role in driving Bhiwadi’s growth further as a residential hotspot for discerning customers, it said further. Registration for Phase-III commenced on April 1 and it will remain open for 45 days.
Ashiana Tarang is spread over 13.26 acres with Phase-I and II offering 240 homes with 150+ residents. Falling under the category of comfort homes, Tarang comprises high-rise apartments with a blend of well-designed architecture along with 3.16 acres of green spaces.
