Asian Institute of Medical Sciences and RPS group announce 100 bed hospital in Greater Faridabad

Faridabad based, Asian Institute of Medical Sciences, a private equity- funded group of hospital and clinics, on Friday announced its plan to construct Asian Fidelis, a greenfield 100-bed multis pecialty hospital in RPS City, Sec 88, Greater Faridabad in joint venture with RPS Group, a locally based real estate. The announcement was made by Dr. N.K. Pandey, Chairman and Managing Director of Asian Institute of Medical Sciences on the fifth anniversary of the Asian Hospital.

“Foreseeing a need for compassionate and affordable healthcare facility in Greater Faridabad we have planned this green field hospital. The Multispecialty Hospital will be built on an area of 1.25acre, for which we are planning to invest approx. Rs100 Crore. Asian Fidelis will offer services in basic tertiary care like Orthopedics, Neurology, Nehprology, Obstetrics & Gynecology, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics & Neonatology etc. This will be the first Multispecialty Hospital in Greater Faridabad where patients will get all the medical facilities under a single roof”said Dr. N. K. Pandey, recipient of Padmashri and Dr B C Roy

Asian Hospital will also inaugurating a 60- bed multi-specialty Hospital at Yamuna Vihar in Shahdara on Sunday.

“There are many residential projects in Greater Faridabad and in some projects thousands of people have already shifted. The population in RPS City, Sector 88 itself would be around 25000 after moving into their flats by year 2016 and also at that time the population of entire Greater Faridabad would cross 5 lakhs. We have tied up with the best hospital of Faridabad and will provide best medical facilities to residents of Greater Faridabad and target to complete the hospital by the end of year 2016”said Rakesh Chand Gupta, Managing Director, RPS Group.
